PAYMENT OPTIONS

We would like to give you plenty of secured payment options. Thus, you can pay on Carnet de Mode via a PayPal account, credit cards listed below or also via a payment in 3 times without additional fee. We take security very seriously and work the best way to secure your payment information.

Credits: You can use credits that you get from inviting your friends or from your points program to make payment or to get discounts. Your credits are listed in My Account / My Credits. You can select them during the checkout before payment.

Promotion Codes: You can use gift codes you received from Carnet de Mode. Select them during the checkout, before payment. Once you have selected your payment method, you will be redirected to a full secure payment page developed by BNP Paribas, and there only, you will be asked to enter your bank details. Once your payment is confirmed, we recommend that you keep a copy of your transaction summary.

CURRENCIES

The currency will be automatically set up to the country you are in, as our site detects your location. You can update the currency by selecting the currency and country tab at the top of the website. Please note that $ always refers to US Dollars. If you pay with a Credit Card or PayPal, you will then be charged the Euro amount in your currency using the current rate of exchange, plus possible fee from your bank.

PAYMENT TERMS

After entering your credit card number on our secured platform, a connection is established between our server and our payment partners. If the payment is accepted, your order is finally validated and you will receive a confirmation email. Your bank account will be charged at the latest, the day after your order. If you have chosen to pay with a deferred debit card, your bank account will be charged by the end of the current month.

Credits payment terms: Credits that you use for your payment are immediately validated. During the checkout process, if the summary of the selected Credits exceeds the total order amount, the difference will not be refunded. Once your order is confirmed, the Credits no longer appear in My Account / My Credits.

Promotion Codes payment terms: Promotion Codes which you use for your payment will be immediately validated. During the checkout process, if the summary of the selected Promotion Codes exceeds the total order amount, the difference will not be refunded. Once your order is confirmed, the selected Gift Codes cannot be used again.

Your invoice is available upon confirmation of your payment. It will be enclosed in your parcel. It is also available in My Account / Orders & Returns, you just have to click on the “Print Receipt" button at the top right side.
