Tell us a bit about your brand.

Madame Melon consists in chic, ethnic colourful fabrics, marked by travels and stories. Born in 2010 between Paris, Buenos Aires and Barcelona, the brand MADAME MELON is a trunk full of colours and symbols spilling onto the Old Continent. Leather, turquoises, onyx, coral and gold chains pay tribute to the South American tradition, and glorify it.

Define your brand in 3 words.

Chic, ethic and adventurous

Where does your love for creation come from ?

My school taught me textile techniques and traveling made me discover the beauty of the world's textiles that made me want to know the world through the collections of jewelry and accessories that would combine the ethnic side fabrics with a Parisian chic look.

What is your favourite part about being a fashion designer?

The time travel. When I go discover a new culture, with their craftsmen, their expertise, their textile wealth. I am inspired and develop new products in collaboration with them, for me it is the best time of my work.

If you had to choose your top three picks from this season's collection which would they be? Why?

The necklace “Pachamama" (flagship piece of my collections), the breastpouch “Yavi" (combining leather and fabric handmade)
